get rid of pimples

White pimples are some of the most annoying that can occur. This is because they stand out and seem to introduce themselves to everyone within a mile. But you can treat them so that you don't have to worry about them anymore.

Prevent White Pimples

The best way to treat white pimples is to prevent them. This goes along the lines of preventing any type of acne. First, make sure that you are using the proper soap. There are many great acne soaps and cleansers out there that are good for sensitive skin. These will help you to clean out your pores and gently get rid of the white heads.

Use warm water when you are washing. Hot water can cause other skin problems and irritate sensitive areas on your face. Warm water is all you need to loosen dirt, dead skin, and anything else that shouldn't be on your face, and it will wash out your pores and get rid of white pimples

Do Not Squeeze the Bump!

Also, keeping hair, hats, and anything else from sitting on your face or rubbing it for long periods of time will help prevent any new bumps from forming. Another tip for preventing these bumps is to go without makeup when you can so that there is less on your face to cause problems.

If you must get rid of a large white pimple, do it with clean hands and a sterilized needle. If you gently break the skin on top of the bump with the needle, you can wipe away the white goo that comes out. But do not squeeze the bump! This can make the infection worse by forcing the bacteria further into the skin. Finish up by cleaning everything again, including the needle.

Worst Things to Do

While you are getting rid of these annoying bumps, keep your hands away from your face as much as possible. If you lean your face on your hands a lot, this can make the situation worse. The oils and bacteria on your hands can clog up more of the pores on your face. Also, if a pimple ruptures on your hand, you can easily spread it around your entire face.

Pinching, scratching, or picking at these bumps is the absolute worst thing you can do. This encourages the infection to spread, and taking care of a few bumps is much easier than taking care of dozens.

Taking Care of Pimples at Home

If you practice good hygiene and proper acne control methods, you shouldn't have more white pimples occur. Major problems with white bumps occurring no matter what you do should be taken to a dermatologist, because some white bumps aren't acne at all, but symptoms of something completely different.

But usually you can take care of white pimples at home without spending a lot of money on doctor's visits. To gain more information on treating pimples at home effectively visit GetRidofPimplesGuide.com
